It works perfectly with so many dishes as the side dish. This coleslaw is one of the recipes that I have made to my family severally and they keep on asking for this salad as the side dish whenever I make a delicious meal.
But I also love this coleslaw recipe when it is piled on top of pulled pork in a sandwich or on top of a hot dog with a scoop of chili, in other words, it is definite favorite anytime you serve it, I also love when I make some spaghetti as a side dish with coleslaw it goes well when you do not have enough money to make a little expensive side dish.
And even though it might be delicious as soon as it is made, I truly believe that this coleslaw is even more delicious the next day for lunch with any leftovers you might have. This time in the refrigerator gives it a little bit more time to marinate in that coleslaw dressing that tastes so amazing.
